Through yoga, workshops, retreats, courses, concerts, art exhibitions, and our Water Festival, you’re warmly welcome here to reconnect with yourself and grow.
I collaborate with many talented and inspiring teachers, musicians, artists, and therapist, both local and international.

Every now and then, we need to give ourselves the chance to step away from everyday lif, to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with our true selves. Lyckans Gård is a place where you’re welcome to return to what truly matters to you.
About Lyckans Gård
It all began one day in June 2020, when one of my dearest friends called. She said:
“Åshild, you have to go to Hoverberg. My relatives are selling their far and you need to see it.”
I thought, “Well, I want a farm closer to the mountains, so this one probably isn’t for me. But Hoverberg is a lovely place, why not go for a nice little trip?”

Sauna
Welcome to the Sacred Fire Sauna!
A sauna where you’re invited to meet yourself through the warmth of the living fire and the waters of Lake Storsjön. Here, various sauna rituals are held that offer you new experiences of relaxation, a deeper connection with yourself, and the chance to find inner peace.
The sauna is an eco-build created by Joshua Roxendal, using reclaimed materials from an old 1860s barn, combined with new elements. The result is a grounded, earthy atmosphere in this one-of-a-kind sauna on wheels.
